Give it another 2 weeks and he will have no one onside with him, the guy is impossible to like and delusional. I know most managers post match interviews are none sense but he is on a level all of his own…….

 

I would say between 7000 to 8000 max. Huge swathes of empty seats all over.

Terrible performance. Two clueless teams. Heard first part of post match interview. He was answering like a poor politician, ie not answering, trotting out same crap after every question. Think we all know why.
We have to break the cycle of continuously sacking managers, but bloody hell, recent performances have been dire.

If anyone didn’t go tonight and heard Adams interview then it would be easy to think we were the better team. Don’t be fooled! We were very very poor! I sat thorough 90 minutes or some of the worst football I’ve seen in my 35 years.
Robinson and Elliot did more than Cook in their cameos and we really need to start playing with more than one up front. There is one man holding us back and it’s Derek Adams! It’s as simple as that!

 

Now that’s a problem for sparks. Not today as he has the season ticket money already. But if that continues loads will vote with their feet and Adams whether he has a 3 year contract or not, will become untenable.

 

It's not the players though is it? It's the formation and tactics.

Playing 1 up top at home to a team who haven't scored for 8 fecking hours-WTAF.

No these players are being held back! You can see the frustration from the likes of Cooke, Walker and Cook tonight. It’s just aimless. The tactics are awful! We were so narrow and predictable. Neither team deserved to win tonight and honestly I can’t tell you where those 12 shots came from… apart from the goal I don’t remember a single time where I thought we were unlucky not to score.
I don’t want to sack another manager I really don’t but Adams isn’t working. It’s so so poor. We actually looked better with the 3 big strikers up top but I’m not sure if that’s because nothing actually happened for 80 minutes!

I was all for breaking the cycle of not changing managers but this last week and that interview just proves he’s not got a clue how to lead this club out of the league ..... ...... I mean he made out Orient to be Man City ffs wasn’t it last week that he had us down as hunters ????

Sorry but that Orient team was poor low in confidence but yet again Derek and his crap tactics turn a poor team into world beaters ............. I seriously don’t get him at all and tbh the sooner we hit the 50 point mark the better because the playoffs with that loon ain’t gonna happen if he thinks we dominated and deserved to win that game tonight .......... his only saving grace was that it didn’t really turn toxic when we went a goal down just think a lot of folk like me are going through the motions now ........ wanting this season over so we don’t have to put up with this tripe much longer

 

My biggest reason not to sack the manager is simply I have no trust in Rupp or Sparks to appoint and back the right person, it’s shown to often. I’d happily see him go with a change of ownership and philosophy. I feel like we’re scratching around keeping our heads above water until someone saves us.

Hats off to the very Park interview by Derek though, good for a laugh.

I love having banter with you but we we both agree then you know that things just got real.

Adams is the wrong man for his club. It will come down to Sparks or Adams and if Sparks wants to keep fans going to games he needs to get rid of Adams ASAP or he will feel the pressure.
