    Wouldn't surprise me to see a triple swoop from the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool or Man City for Vernham, Paudie and Watt.

    No. Our mid table position is solely down to RO'D being inept according to the resident experts on here. Didn't you know he's let in more goals than the rest of the team combined? ;)

    Good keepers save from good attempts that might cost goals and points, Poor keepers let not only good attempts in but everyday attempts and cost goals and points, not in every game but enough to matter,

    Just picking on the two words in bold. Firstly l assume your are talking about the number of players rather than the height of the players!
    The EFL has capped the number of Senior players to 20, l am not sure that our squad is significantly short on Senior players.
    l would add that all teams have injuries, suspension, ill health and other issues which impact on the number of players available.
    So we can’t hide behind those factors, they are relatively common for all teams.
    I hope your prediction is correct.

    We have a small squad (numbers wise), made even smaller by Adams reluctance to use 6 or 7 of them.

    As per Rod's point we have a "standard size" squad limited by the player cap, but I get your point about Adam's reluctance to use a good number of them.
