Another 3 goals conceded last night.
The defence is not helping him but the 3rd Barnsley goal last night sums him up to a tee.
The player heads the ball in from about a yard away as Lewis is flapping his arms glued to his line.

 

Definitely a one-season wonder imo.

Just watched the highlights from their game, as bad as his mistake was for Shrewsbury's goal the defending for a number of other chances Shrewsbury had is even worse. I don't think any keeper in the world would save them from relegation

 

Lewis dropping a clanger for Carlisle again 2 minutes into the new season.

 

I wonder if he will stay after they are relegated into the NL to help them back up?

 

Watching the highlights they really do look a mess defensively 2:38 of highlights and only 1 chance for them. 1st and 4th goal he can't really do anything about it but the 2nd is a poor parry away and the 3rd he gets stuck on his line.


Looking at the stats for before today's games his save % is the 6th worst of any keeper in the league and 3rd worst of the regular keepers. Also he is the worst in the league for Xg prevented with conceding more with conceding 19 goals from an XG of 11.5.

He has another season after this one on his contract and I struggle to see much football league interest in him so if they go down then I'd imagine he'll be with them in non-league. They've made their managerial change and Williamson hasn't been able to stop the goals or get them scoring. In 4 league & 1 EFL Trophy game they've only scored in the 1st game but conceded 11 goals. Their next 2 home games are Harrogate and Cheltenham, if they don't get at least 1 win from that then they are in big trouble.

I don’t often praise the club hierarchy, but they’ve proper had Carlisle’s pants down getting a fee for Lewis! Minimum of one catastrophe in every game

 

I feel sorry for Harry. His confidence must be shattered so his manager should drop him for a few matches.
