Last season's team downed tools in January, this seasons team haven't even picked them up - why? why does any professional footballer that pulls on a City shirt suddenly stop giving a toss, and capitulate?

are we just unlucky to be signing unprofessional shirkers, or is something within the club affecting them?

I solely blame Edin for this. the environment he's created, his manner, how he runs things, he's make it an unpleasant place to work - and no one wants to work for him. this is why we're in this mess.

 

I don't think we can carry on like this. H has to make big decisions this week in my opinion.We have to kick start our season with new ooc's that can make an impact.Time is the enemy and January is way off for us, there is pressure mounting with each faltering performance and we need rapid solutions and change. The present approach isn't working and we have to stop the backward momentum.

 

This won't get better when we get the January, I know that is our last line of hope to cling hold at this stage but it's probably stupid to gamble on staying up when we will be so far adrift come January, we may as well plan for next season.
