So why oh why are Radio leeds not asking the questions ?

 

I honestly think thats the issue folk with apathy aling with happyclappers are willing to do nothing sadly.

Folk go on about protests did we not do that last season and look what happened small numbers and them getting mocked because an open bullshit letter to apease the masses.

Wellthe lads who protested i hope you remember them who mocked them who laughed because i bet the clowns aint laughing now infact they fooking deserve what they are getting now in all honesty

 

I saw this too. Chairman shaking the hand of every Oldham fan after they left the away end last week.

ours can’t even be in the same country on a match day, let alone at the games or shaking fans’ hands.

i hate his apathy and how he is content with the shambolic reign of Sparks and everything else about this amateur football club.

word has got out how much of a joke we are - Gareth Evans mentions on the under the cosh podcast how the club hasn’t moved with the times and it was telling how Cowley rejected us for a tinpot side down south - there is no pride associated with Bradford City football club whatsoever.

we are a complete laughing stock, a s**tstain on the EFL.

we need a reset that only a new owner can bring.

Let’s pray 2025 is the year we finally flush the turds out of this football club.

 

Just taking another perspective and the cheap season tickets for some reason gets banded about as a hindrance.
But football in the UK is very expensive, looking at the top divisions in Germany, Italy, Spain, and France there are a number of teams in each with comparable season ticket prices-so that excuse needs to go

 

We whack tickets up to full prìce we will still pull in more thanmost clubs at this level............we are cheap dont get me wrong but it aint cheap to buy merchandise or buy pies etc on a matchday.............i mean even with cheap tickets we will still pull in more money then i say Walsall etc ...............is the rent so a masive dealanyhow when our ground is one big adverising board??‽??

 

Momentum is now building. I applaud that letter and its content. There’s no way Sparks won’t be rattled by it, we know how he is. What we need next, is the media to pick up on the letter and fans unrest. Put RS in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons and let’s see how he reacts.

 

I admire your sentiment and agree entirely but Parker at the T & A is so far up the clubs arse it’s pitch black and while the team at Radio Leeds occasionally threaten to ask the difficult questions,they know they have to keep the club onside to get any content at all.

 

I was more thinking along the lines of some of the national papers. I agree Parker and Radio Leeds have effectively been bought off.

 

So why in 2021 did he reject the cash from Wagmi?
I just cannot get my head around why he didn`t? The only reason is he making some coin out of us and until that stops he will not sell up.

But do you remember when we were going through our really bad patch early this year, there was a midweek game at VP with about 5000 in actual attendance and there was discontent everywhere. Not too long before the protests I think. What did we get from our beloved CEO? An interview on Calendar that was all about him and being the youngest football league CEO and all the grief he gets!!! Me, Me, Me...not a single thing about the state of the team or club and the unrest!!

 

Giving McCall that contract back in 2020 ?????? Should have alarm bells ringing big time

 

Sent it to West Yorkshire Sport yesterday and copied in to Ryan and other BCFC emails too....

 

This is why I gave up 5 ST's 4 years ago and why despite purchasing tickets for the Chesterfield game for a Christmas outing with the kids I actually don't want to go. This feeling will worsen when we inevitably lose to PV tomorrow. We need new ownership and direction.
