    I really don't agree with these penalty rules. If a keeper isn't allowed off his line then the taker should not be allowed to stop like Lewandowski did because either the keeper has to check their movement and won't get the spring or they are having to wait for the strike before reacting where to save a penalty you have to estimate when the strike will happen which you can't when the taker stops.

    We should go back to the old rule of the run up needing to be one consistent movement

    Absolutely farcical that you can stop your run up twice like that, very unfair.
