Results achieved with what many deem a useless squad of players. Alexander with his squad of players could improve those stats .

 

Hopefully there’s a degree of realism with Smallwood and agent and he takes a fair drop in wages. By all accounts he’s one of our top earners and hasn’t proved value for money. I wouldn’t be suprised if he was on the same as Gilly and Pattinson combined and I’d much rather have those two or even better and upgrade!

 

To be fair to GA he knows the last 5 games are just a good finish but don't gloss over the failings of the season as a whole - he said as much when Raynor started gushing over the past few weeks!
A good finish has certainly helped with morale over the summer (and season ticket sales) but RC in his own blunt way is right, many people at the club have failed us this season
