Without doubt there can be no positives taken from today's or recent performances, just spoken to a friend and said perhaps it's better there were no fans in the stadium recently or today because I'm sure there would have been a reaction with regards the players and Stuart he could not get off scot free, it's unthinkable that McCall could be the manager who took us down those thoughts have never entered my head until today.
Apparently on the post match interview he's telling us Staunton will be out weeks/months, with the other injuries McCall will have even less fit players to pick from, only a foolish man would refuse to go down the free agent route even if not 100% fit they would give more than some on show today.

January is going to have to be one of the best windows in the club's history if we're to save this sorry shower. A couple of kids on loan ala Samuels won't cut it. We need experience, pace, athleticism, flair and intelligence.

Just regurgitate any from the previous defeats this season.But he didn’t seem likely to lose his rag today as the guy didn’t seem to go for him as much.Stuart’s acknowledgement that
we couldn’t even get the absolute basics right was the telling bit.We are trying to win matches without being able to pass to each other.

Ok.. We can’t change the fact that McCall has had his contract surprisingly extended, and that with the players we have, any promotion is totally out of the window this season. If we survive relegation, realistically it’s mid table or below at best.
If we need to spend any money, it should be on a good scout to scour the National league for players of quality wanting to move UP from their current teams, rather than journeymen in league 1 or 2 moving DOWN from their current teams just for the cash.

There is no pride to play, only the pay packet

Prime example is Donaldson. Having played for Bolton in a division above us, he’s been such a major disappointment and I can’t wait to see the back of him.

I’d rather have some young raw talent that wants to prove himself when he wears the City shirt.

Looking at some of the players from Harrogate for example, they are definitely out there. Just need to be found.
