    Tough opposition based on the season to date. Objectively looking at the season so far, only a point behind us, it's a tough match and a false dawn/renaissance over the last 7 days doesn't detract from a so far, abject season.

    Hold on a sec. Oldham are just one point behind us in the same league. How all of a sudden is this an easy win and high chance of progression to the next round? They are as equally sh1t as we are!

    Tomorrow's match will have no baring whatsoever on the return FA cup match. Macca will be giving youth a chance and they will not be worried as they are already through.

    Our record against Oldham Athletic, since 1990, is apalling with 6 wins, 4 draws and 14 defeats in 24 meetings.

    We have four matches against them this season. Time to put the record more into balance.

    Yep, rewind to Bowyer's last game in February. A pathetic 3 nil defeat. Been honest, things haven't massively improved since then.

    And to add (stolen from bt sport) 24 of the 39 away teams have qualified from the first round, with Oxford City v Northampton in play.
