Isn't it all relative to how many he has attempted ? Neves might have only attempted 107 and be 100% accurate and Watt might have tried 600 and be 25% accurate. Just saying like,

And one who didnt disappear during our dreadful run of losses - a few picked up 'injuries' but he never shirked getting out there. I think he will go on to be a success at our club

Good argument but this season has been so disappointing that any talent players have can be missed. I've seen a lot of the games on ifollow and I've noticed recently some good long balls from him and I have to admit that even during the dross games he worked hard and was always looking up and looking to make a good ball. We've all been that passed off it's probably clouded our judgement and caused us to miss some of the good stuff.

 

Nothing will ever beat that long ball ian Banks played to Micky Kennedy to play into Leigh Palins path fir the third v Everton in 1988.

 

About the only useful thing Banks did for us.

I agree.

 

I like him, one we should look after. I’m not necessarily saying he’ll get a mega bucks move to a huge club like Rennes, but for the time being he’s shown his clear ability, hopefully we can build a team round him, capable of getting out of this league, maybe next season. Or the one after that.
