I won’t bother naming the two examples leaving us because Lincoln’s offer was far greater than ours as an example RT. They are both well known .

 

We will, though I'm happy to trust their CEO as I am Sparks, who said ours was 12th if I remember. Not sure I agree with your logic though, Burton have been at this level longer and they are nowhere near even us and when we went down from this level we'd spent far longer than most who ended above us. In fact, Luton ended top that season, despite coming up from League 2 and spending a number of years in non-league.

Sorry mate, but you'll be in a tiny minority who puts GA above Skubala.

 

They've definitely got an owner who is willing to push the boat out but in terms of spending they aren't in the same ballpark as your Bolton's or your Cardiffs. And as our accounts showed, they only way we accrued any sort of success was when Rupp pushed the boat out last season. Lincoln have pretty much matched what Wrexham and Birmingham did last season but on a fraction of the budget.

 

Hes done a great job dont get me wrong but i doubt the pressure he was on at Lincoln was nothing compared to what GA was under at City.

Lets just see how GA fairs after 3 years at this level.

Btw Skubala his first full season was an 11th place finish GA is gonna beat that with i would say squad that was mainly LG2 players.

Like i say a great job hes done but dont underestimate the job GA has done under a lot more pressure

 

Arguably Stansfield's performances in the championship might deflate the 15m price tag.
