EFL Fixtures 2026/27

We've been put in a group with York and Rotherham for the EFL Trophy, the home and away split will be confirmed after the fixture release.

The draw for the U21 teams will be on Sky Sports on Thursday at 2:30. The U21 teams are:

1. Aston Villa U21
2. Everton U21
3. Leeds United U21
4. Liverpool U21
5. Manchester City U21
6. Newcastle United U21
7. Nottingham Forest U21
8. Sunderland U21

 

I can see there being plenty of interest if York is away for the ground hoppers

I hope we are away first and home last game of season, whoever they may be.

Boooom! Thinking I’ll become a Cambridge member this week . On second thoughts after checking, I need an active home sales record since 2020 for FIFTH ticket priority . Jesus wept

Well, we won't struggle for tickets. Better than a smaller club with limited allocation.

I can't imagine we'll be happy with the Christmas fixtures with only 1 out of the 3 games over Christmas being at home then the weekend before being away and at Bromley.

I can see the first away game at Wednesday being moved at very least to 12:30 kick off.

Also noticing that there are 2 Tuesday games scheduled for April, very strange from the EFL to do that, could easily end up with a lot of teams having a lot of games in April especially if there a really wet/cold winter.

The games over the international breaks which could be at risk of postponements:

• 26th September - Barnsley (H)
• 3rd October - Reading (A)
• 14th November - Leicester (A)
• Both games over Easter - Wigan (H) and Stockport (A)

Leicester will probably be very likely to be postponed, assuming none of them leave they will have, Souttar (Australia), Choudhury (Bangladesh), Fatawa (Ghana) and Bobby Reid (Jamaica) that I know off the top of my head
