I've tickets for me and the little one in C block again. It makes a nice change of scenery from our usual seats in the Kop for league fixtures.

 

I have also bought a ticket in C Block, where I normally sit. But don't bank on getting the seat you've booked unless you arrive early. I expect it will be the same as Hull - unreserved seating, despite seat numbers on tickets.

 

That was brought about because all the upper tier tickets were to be used in the lower tiers due to the whole ground being on sale. This time only the lower tiers are on sale so that won't be an issue.

Tbh, my little one likes to see the players warm up, gone are the days when I used to be in the pub till 10min before kick off and then to my seat, we tend to get in early these days.

 

Bradford are selling tickets direct to Blackburn via our ticketing system. Lets see how they get on with our website.

 

Gotta say, I just bought tickets for the said game and TODAY, the process was simple and quick ( a bit like me!)

 

Blackburn saying , they have the full allocation of 4500 , be surprised if they sell anywhere near that amount.
Less than 15000 at their place at the weekend and they are top of the league and not lost as yet.

 

They will give them as much of the midland road stand as they want, starting with block G and working towards the kop. It is highly unlikely 4,500 will turn up but all they are stating is the maximum. If we went to theirs we would be given the whole end, but it's unlike we would need it.

 

If 4,500 of them want to come for that Mickey Mouse cup then that's great for our bank balance!!!

 

How is the League Cup a Mickey Mouse cup?

 

I think there is confusion with the Papa John's Trophy aka the League Trophy.

Blackburn on the back of a second successive 3-0 away defeat yesterday.

Looking at the ticket map on the BCAFC website and only 1 block is classed as limited availability. I struggle to see why so few are interested in a game with a championship club, especially one that isn't even being streamed so can't be watched elsewhere.

If this were Newcastle away people would be demanding they had the right to get tickets despite showing no interest in this tie.

 

Confirmed by Mick Lamb that it is unreserved seating Offcomedun. Don't know why when your tickets say Block, Row, Seat No. etc
Don't think it's the best policy as not everyone will be aware and will, quite rightly, expect to sit in the seats allocated.

Many Rovers supporters aren't confident they should put out their starting 11, as well as thinking we might beat them.
Interesting read.
Dack looking to make a point imo is our only worry.
We should be looking at this as a real opportunity to progress into rd3 and hopefully a big team.

 

Let's hope someone makes a bid for that Brereton-Diaz and he then gets into that oh so currently popular "wasn't in the right frame of mind to play" scenario.

Dack always seemed to do well against us at Gillingham.

 

Lost 3-0 to Reading and 3-0 to Sheff Utd since this post. I can't see a lot of interest for this game now!! Anyway they are wounded so an opportunity to progress...

We don't need wholesale changes but surely a chance for Odusina, Songo'o and Harratt. Those are the 3 I would like to see given good game time with one eye on Crewe Saturday.

 

Perfect game to play Oliver and Harrat together and give Songo a run, Rest Smallwood and Angol for the weekend

 

Rest Angol for the foreseeable future perhaps?
