I think if what you are suggesting was true then it would need to be listed within their list of shareholders due to the fact that the person giving the loan is the true owner until the loan is settled, a bit like the bank owns your house, or a part of it, until you clear your mortgage

Credit where it's due, at least you argue your point and not just repeat gossip. Just the way you go about it that's most peoples problem with you. I often agree with a lot of what you say.
