And that’s where I think people are split, whether or not the price increase will offset any loss of sales.
I’m not confident it will - but time will tell.

I live down south so I don’t have a season ticket, I signed up to the club membership purely as a way to support the club but I won’t be renewing it next season

 

10,000 season ticket holders missing last night no team out of the efl can sustain that drop in these times.

 

So what team will you watch if BCFC is gone then? I started out as a Northern supporter and then Park Avenue before 1970. My nearest two clubs are Scunthorpe and York City! Suppose I could support Leeds or Huddersfield and watch them plummet.

 

I'm done. Dont have the enthusiasm this season and finding excuses to miss games.

Time for change and the current regime will not get my hard earned money or commitment.

 

What our these supporters going to do on a Saturday and Tuesday home games , just sit at home and wait till results improve and then start coming back when we start winning .things are not great but can't see people not buying a season ticket will help , who's going to buy a club with no fans in attendance , if we have a competive budget it's up to manager to get a winning team not sparks and rupp

 

Believe it or not 2 hours on a Saturday and a Tuesday are easily filled for most people. I can assure you if people don't renew and I'm told currently there's just less than 1000 that have so far the club have no option but to extend the early bird offer. Rupp is fully aware of what is going on now and something will happen. And for your last point, who keeps appointing these managers that fail so miserably? Who has employed 2 people to run the club and hire these faling managers that recruit failing players? They're all accountable and now is the time to hold each of them to account. Your club is letting you down almost every season and fans like you and Park and the few others just lap it up and wear failure like a badge of honour. I am a life time fan , we all want success like every fan of every club , all fans were happy with Hughes appointment no one said that's a mistake , unfortunately no one gets time results are all people want , when clubs are struggling that's when you need to support your team financially, or the alternative is dire , no budget worst players than now , only one outcome no club to support at all .

 

I take it that you are happy with Rupp & Sparks management of the club then.
Have you not heard of our sustainability model which,is what most non renewers are angry about.

 

We are struggling because of the regime not the supporters.
The product they are selling is already dire.

 

We have had tough times before but this time there is a snake oil salesman running the football club. Sparkes getting the job was left field, Sparkes keeping his job after empty sound bites and poor decisions has been worrying, Sparkes still in a job after literally dragging the club nearer and nearer to its death is criminal.

 

Spot on, low crowds no interest. Clearly potential if things improve but initially in a similar position Accy. Club for sale, not one offer.

 

Man city. Seen a dozen of their games over last few years and represents actual entertainment and offers a matchday experience, unlike bcafc. Home in an hour ish on a clear day.

 

For the few still for some reason not desperate to see the end of Rupp and Sparks, hopefully this is the final wake up call needed.

 

Just ask the thousands and thousands who have stopped going how they are managing to fill their time on a match day.
