Wasn't there a ruling last season or season before for the visually impaired people about names and numbers on player shirts.. I wonder if these new broads are also more problematic for them.

Our ground is tight and close to the pitch compared to most premier League clubs even our flood light are not very modern so won't really counteract LEDs.

 

I couldn't make the match on Tuesday so I haven't experienced the digital revolution at night but from my seat in lower block D of the main stand on Saturday I couldn't see that Pattison's goal had gone in because the shot coincided with a bright white advert that turned the ball into a shadow.

 

And still no comment from the club so I guess they simply don’t care.

We do not know the contractual obligations around the installation.
Now if we get to next Friday , the day before the next scheduled home game and still nothing, maybe that is the time to kick up a fuss.

 

Surely in the interests of good communication with the fans they could issue a holding statement to say something along the lines of "We're aware some supporters have raised concerns about the new boards and we are working with our partner to resolve these issues and will update you further with the progress"?
It's not difficult. They can copy and paste what I've just written and publish it.

They should take a look at Rotherhams advertising boards, much better and not distracting at all.

 

Club has confirmed today the brightness has been turned down on the advertisement boards.

 

Not being sarcastic , but engineers should be testing these things BEFORE going publicly live.

Nope didn’t think to ask, he was polite enough to say its been carried out so didn’t see the point in a passive aggressive response. I’m sure they know they’ve screwed up,

 

Asking simple but sometimes difficult questions arnt remotely passive aggressive as you tagged it to be . It’s about getting to the root of the issue in this case . A phrase so often misused, labelled, and used defensively far too often.

 

It wasn’t really a massive pressing issue was it, just a minor complaint from the KOP attendees including myself. They’ve fixed it simple as that, no need to have a full jury trial about it.

Or in the case of the WiFi we were promised after collaring Davide Longo and asking for the password his reply was it's not up and running as yet but it's "in hand" and we're still waiting, you'd have thought with BRSK being a sponsor something could have been sorted for the start of the new season, then again we're talking Bradford City, never mind I'll take promotion instead.
