Plenty whom purposely contribute to their downfall, through diet, smoking, alcohol, drugs et al, yet we want to alienate individuals whom have the right to CHOOSE to be vaccinated or not.

The unvaccinated shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near VP on a matchday, that includes kids. It undermines the entire vaccine rollout and leaves others more susceptible than others, unfairly.

 

just because you have space for 24,000 doesn’t mean that has to be your official capacity. You can cap it at what ever you want

And you could also invite them to an anti vaccination/government march somewhere (like the french or others are doing) so they can spread the disease even more with consummate ease.

 

I think we have to look at his situation in light of the rising +ve cases. The goal posts have moved since Ryan Sparkes was proclaiming a 20000 crowd v Oldham ? How on earth we jump from no fans allowed to 20000 always sounded ludicrus to me ? Like we all walk back in like nothing has happened these past 18months.?

I chanced my arm for the Donny game and tbh it was a fairly relaxed manageable situation. We sat in the Midland Road Stand and I felt safe enough. Wore a double mask and glasses ( you can get the infection through your eyes !) We sat well enough apart and in your family bubble But there was only 1000 of us so that helped.

But unless Ryan gets creative with the seating plan you can forget 20000 crowds unless were all happy to spread it ike butter ! ? I think we have to take smaller steps back; season tickets only and back to Clarets & Ambers and Ifollow back on the table ?

What is clear is we cannot have a load of anti vaxxers rolling up ! Or non traceables ..we have to limit the crowd to season tickets only for now; open the gates early to avoid congregating, then produce our Covid status at the turnstile..Once in we need 12000 spread out across the whole stadium. I'm not bothered about sitting in the Kop if I can more safely sit in the Main Stand or Bradford End. We dont all need to be sat on top of each other.

Also away fans need to be strictley limited and controlled !. Like with us I would say the only travelling City fans should be those of us with Away Priority. We are all on the record and it just makes sense for clubs to call on other clubs to allow Covid secure traceable fans to travel.

So for the start of the season given the rising cases the Club has to rethink this on Health & Safety Grounds ! And I implore them to do so before we all get in a right mess.

Finally a sense of reason. Of course we all want some normality but it’s not safe to have that yet, and it won’t be for a few years yet.

The problem is,

You cannot spread alcoholism by being sat next to someone. Or any sort of addiction. With smoking they HAVE put restrictions in such as not being able to smoke indoors or on public transport.

 

So all the justification and reasoning he gave was false too?
