    Fun run through the castle woods in the sunshine was great. My boy ran it all the way chuffed with him though he nearly caused a pile up towards the end when he decided to stop suddenly to pick up a pine cone! My daughter was 2nd girl home, did really well, about 40 ran it. Saw her at the start but then that was about it! Got a medal and a goody bag with cracking flapjack :D

    Hope you all got some pre-match shandies, BDO's curry farts not too bad.

    Sound advice. I put some (pre warmed in pocket obvs) electrican's tape over them. Went for green and yellow tape. Looking good, bruce lees fully protected.

    There was a proper runner called Ally K just behind us, he did the fun run this yr. Next week he's doing a sponsored run across all the hebridean islands. And to think my boy could have injured him:eek: :D
