    Busy couple of days: Friday - interview, funeral and travel from Oxon to E. Yorks; Saturday - all-day family party / bbq with 25 of us for brothers 50th; today - R&R … and research for trip to Lakes next week. Off for a brew.

    Good afternoon peeps.
    Been a while but not felt too good.
    I waited 4 hours after triage at Calderdale. Left when I was as directed to another, very busy waiting area.
    Seen GP and MSK, who prescribed Codeine and Naproxen. Have felt spaced out and miserable.
    Less pain, more movement since Friday.
    Thank you all for you comments and well wishes.
