    How do Amazon make money?
    I ordered a new spade and fork for the garden. I received 2 x forks. Just spoke to customer services, got a full refund and get to keep the 2 x forks.

    They are decent with returns (or non returns) and refunds if you've been a customer with them a while and regularly buy stuff.
