    Been a couple of times (pre Co-Vid) for Sunday lunch with friends out that way. Food was proper (no microwave nonsense) good value roast. Val is a veggie and found it easy to find decent alternatives.
    As to the beer, couldn't comment but Paul seems to manage three different pints easily enough. Family owned and run.

    I asked because I've been going though some old photos and it looks like my mum worked behind the bar there in 1965, which I didn't know. Looks nice from the photos back then.

    Got a new coat delivered today from Next sale which means the coat I was bought 19 years ago to walk the dog in can finally go in the bin
