Contradictions

1. Contradiction
15s - "They wanted to give me a 2 and half year contract"
1m - "Solely my decision to leave rather anything to do with the club really"
5m 15s "I have stressed all along I wanted to get a decision whether i stay or go"

15s is referring to original offer agreed? look at the time frame.

So if it was Simons decision to leave why did he have to wait on a decision whether he stayed or went?
Surely he should have said It was my decision to go because.... then he says why! i.e budget poor etc, training facilities etc.

My guess is he told the club what was needed and the club said thanks but no thanks, then there is no contradictions in what he said. The rest is for PR reasons.
