Maybe @Bigrod, i just went by there constant use of "they"

But the plug was pulled on Friday night because they felt the pitch was too hard because of the current heatwave.

Greaves said: “You’ve got to respect the decision they made. Everybody has their reasons.

Read it again, they are not blaming Bradford at all. Their chief executive actually respects Bradfords decision, his statement only lays the fault at the weather, nothing else.

 

Whilst it is true they are blaming the weather and the fact they are part-time and cannot afford to water it as regularly as has been needed, I can see where @Dratsab taf is
Coming from. There does seem to be a few references to ‘them’ and although they don’t actually come out and accuse us, Greaves does make some insinuations.

Don't think they are particularly blaming us but from what has been said we are the reason it's on in the way that we are the ones that have pulled the plug on the match as we don't want to risk players getting an unnecessary injury so early in pre season when we can avoid it. It's unfortunate but does happen every season somewhere with pitches not being ready.
