Lovely goal, I thought, but poor defending on our end. Think he ran unopposed between the same two midfielders he beat earlier on in the game .

Kiwomya state’s not enough quality in the final third, sadly that might just be the story of the season. Started off quite well then deteriorated badly. Poor goal to concede, don’t just let teams run at your back line!

 

Shows how bad Mansfield must have been. We are absolute dog dirt.
No goal threat whatsoever and a liability at the back.
Nothing in midfield. We’re a joke

 

We've had a couple of good chances but failed to take them. Looked decent first 20 minutes but Walsall the better side the next 25. Donaldson probably the pick of the city plauers so far.

 

Started off okay then they score a goal out of nothing. Missed 4 good chances in that half due to poor finishing and predictably its come back to bit us on the arse. And DMH is shite.

 

Hard to criticise the lads but we make hard work of it. Just lacking that bit of quality for me in all departments and the front two are just too slow together.

 

Is this some kind of Uri Gellar trick?

for everything they did well on Saturday, they've done poorly tonight.. no movement, slow, too quick to go back to front without even trying to play through midfield (again).

Pritchard has been none existent; looks like he's been asked to play inside left rather than wide tonight. Cooke has been very poor. front two feeding off scraps again.

 

At school if we under performed we were told we were peddling hard..but in the wrong gear and I think this is applicable to our performance so far. Very predictable and sloppy. Wrong sort of consistency for me, aimless balls over midfield and too much tippy toe powder puff stuff in defence. Shooting pretty woeful as well.

 

We’ve only Clarke and Samuels in an attacking sense to come on. Could be a long night...

 

Still, we don't need a coach for the forwards do we.
Let's get another one to coach 3 goalkeepers.
