    I hope we’re through our “Comedy of Errors”, I really didn’t enjoy City’s “Winters Tale”! Hopefully after “The Taming of the Shrew”, it’ll be a case of “All’s well that ends well”.

    If the player's act in a professional manner then this latest ridiculous story should be left in the changing room and they have a duty to perform infront of the punters who pay their wages.
    But knowing this current crop Steve I doubt and it would appear the word professionalism seems to be a million miles away the way they are acting.
    Tonight will for some be the final game of the season,player and supporter alike.
    If we loose it will be just another nail in the coffin with the obligatory toxic aftermath.
    It's been bad before but this season takes the biscuit and the sooner it ends the better.

    They had some good players in their team who looked like they could turn the game-so we matched them are you saying? Thats a positive cos they were really not a shit team -even with 10 men.

    Yeah. The mood beforehand was ‘expect the worse’. However it was a ‘gritty’ performance, with a number of determined displays. Reminded me of the Parkinson days against some of the higher performing teams.

    Felt Shrewsbury were a fairly dirty side, not seen that from them before. Their first touch was good on occasion.

    Perhaps stopped the ‘rot’, but not real progress.

    Given recent results and performances though, stopping the rot is at least something to gladden the heart -- and doesn't that show just how badly this season went off the rails.

    The point pretty well guarantees that the slim chance of relegation just became vanishingly slim -- and doesn't that show etc. etc. etc.

    We Need to follow it up with a win against Portsmouth or last night will have gone to waste . We need just a little run of positive results to lift the gloom surrounding the club .
