    Does National league count in the 2x clubs or is it just EFL?

    I think Exeter may have recalled Diabate so he can play for them, or at least be on the bench. Over the Christmas period their first choice back three were all out injured.

    National League doesn't count as they are deemed a 'non professional league' by FIFA which is why they don't have to have transfer windows like the EFL etc have. The other option for him would be to go out to a league which has a summer league like Ireland.
