Tyreik, J Wright, Metcalfe and Swan have been great. We press very well and look great without the ball and good on the counter. Dropped off the last 10-12 minutes of the half but bound to happen at 2-0 up against a Champ side.

Poor from Tilt to give away a cheap corner then equally to mistime his header. No idea why he was picked to come on over Pennington. I love Graham overall, but Tilt over Pennington is a joke of a decision.

I had us to win and BTTS so that’s a positive!

I like GA's approach today: same wing-backs, Joe Wright and Max Power has kept a good structure and allowed the players that have come in to fit in it.

When we get pressed we do seem to go too deep and then we resort to the long ball.

Can see us getting another on the break.

 

We need to watch those little through balls. Gueye should have scored a few already. Sam Walker been in top form.

He is Kev. I'm not sure about him and Power together. That middle 2 is a tough balance to find. I know it's a Championship side but there's not enough energy in there for me and too much space and time for Backburn. Metcalfe looks very good going forward but not seen enough defensively from him. He's easy on the eye but we seem to lack bite. Maybe he's a bit of a luxury. Not sure about Power yet.

Tbf watching it back on the HT clips, I'd say Tilt should have won the ball in. He got the jump, he got up to the ball, and looks like he just missed it completely.

First game though , he’s playing exactly as he did at Chesterfield, it all came from him, and do as the first goal showed . What a whip of a cross.
