Bloody iFollow keeps shutting down and making me log in again. Really annoying.

 

These two Bristol commentators are at a different game to me, Bristol have dominated the first half.
At least we've made the keeper save 1 effort nothing on target from Bristol.

 

Not sure how it's still goalless. Hopefully Sparky can spark some life into us second half.

 

Will someone tell the ref it’s a contact sport. Jeeze!

 

Our attacking play is painful to watch. We're so slow. Slow over the ground, slow in our movement of the ball.

Games like these show how much work is needed in the summer. Embedding a style of play thats based around possession is fine, and it takes time to refine. But we'll need better players to do it. Our entire back 4 look a liability when they come up against teams like Bristol, who are pressing us well.

Lucky to be level really.

But for many of these players, there's plenty to play for.

To be fair, I think we all realise that a major squad shake up is needed this summer. Few of these players should be retained.

Mark thought we weren't too far off as a squad before this game but perhaps he will be of the same view as us after this 1st half!

 

Not sure it's wise to ask for iFollow support when you're playing the system!

We've been poor, but credit Bristol. Their performance when they don't have the ball is excellent. They're pressing aggressively, and doing it in a well drilled fashion. We can't deal with it. Its no wonder they've only conceded 4 in 14 - they get right on top of you and don't let you play.

 

So I’m not wrong then? Two in the first half , plus one fanning about giving the ball to the opponent and most refs would hav3 given a pen as a result. Am I wrong, remember it’s a 33 not a 45!
