Odusina plays left. I wonder if he could come into the squad.

Having looked at Saturdays fixtures, I cannot see any of the teams around us losing!.
A couple of draws maybe, so winning for city is a must

Stevenage could slip up at Mansfield and Salford at Walsall who’ve just sacked their manager

If them things happen and we slip up then it’s us that will be out of the play offs.

Exactly. Other teams dropping points is only beneficial to us if we aren't doing the same thing.

This is the game that worried me, they are a completely different team the past few weeks and we did well winning down there.
I really believed we would get something at Swindon , and then slip up here.
Looking at the ticketing web site, big crowd incoming, less than 500 tickets available in each of the main and kop, and city know far too well how to under perform when we get large numbers through the gates.
Hope i am wrong, as we have to win this game at all costs.
Nervy 1-0 , not sure i can take anymore stress though.

Agree @andyc@andyc - Gillingham are a fairly capable team following their January additions. The fact they brought in so many will mean other players are playing for their places and will know more signings will come in the summer.

We need to play both halves like the first half against Swindon. If we're anywhere near our second half performance we will lose because they will take their chances.

Need a fast start, get into them and hopefully a first half goal or two.

If you haven't lost all your hair by now after watching City as long as you have a nervy 1 - 0 win should be no problem, even at 2 - 0 with this present set of players you're never convinced well get all 3 points.

Neil Harris, also appears to have a bit of a fix on us as well from his Millwall days.

My hair is still there Dave, it's my sanity that has gone, especially after Tuesday. I could have kicked the cat, if we had one, so made do with a large whiskey.

Decent manager for this level. He'll get them sorted next season I reckon.

I think they'll be up and around it next season. New owner spent in Jan, will go again in the summer with a good budget. Swindons owner promised too a big budget. Salford always spend well, likely at least 2 of us, Stockport, Mansfield and Northampton, clubs with usually large budgets and squads for this level will be down here still. Never mind the money and squad Wrexham already have, as well as Notts county, both those squads would be play off contenders as it stands in L2.

Got to find a way out this league soon!

I expect Hughes won’t want to tamper with the formation which has arguably found us looking our best this season. With that in mind I expect Neves will come in to replace Chapman and Pereira back on the bench.

I’d be ok with that - Neves had a decent cameo at Rochdale and thought he was ok at Swindon, certainly not as bad as the surprising criticism he got from some on here……..but that’s sadly become something expected on here nowadays.

I thought Nevers was bang average in both the last two games and would have no hesitation playing someone else. That's not criticism, that's an opinion of watching the games.
