We can have 1% of possession for all I care as long as we get a positive result. The only thing that matters really is whether we win or not.

I've watched the Luton v AFC Wimbledon, the Cardiff V Posh, ours of course and todays Stockport V Bolton and although its very early in the season I can't say any of those teams will be a force in this league.

Far too early to judge any team in the division. 1 game doesnt make a season.

Luton, Cardiff, Stockport all napped as promotion favourites and all won - despite their performances.

For me just the joy of playing up a level, there will be serious challenges ahead but VP looked awesome and we couldn't have hoped for a better start. Promising signs from the new players (and last years) but was pleased to hear GA thinks we still need a bit of quality, obviously depends on outgoings

I thought we were going to get a dynamic MKD this season , based on those stats it’s the same old , same old?

I thought it was a QR code you had to scan with your phone to find out which player it was.

For all the discussion about possession and Wycombe not really hurting us, I still felt we gave the ball away a bit too easily at times in the second half. I'm sure that when GA is talking about a bit more quality, he'll be thinking about that.

Their striker had a golden chance to score when he put it over the bar.

Under 40% possession against some of the better teams, and Wycombe weren't bad once they got over us actually being a decent team, will have us under pressure - although we showed some outstanding counter-attacking yesterday.

He should have had a yellow for a blatant theatrical dive in the box. Disappointed with the ref on that one.

To be quite honest, Bumble, I wasn't that impressed with either team.
    Think we could hold both.

Wright moved towards the attacker with his arm away from his body for balance but if you look at Shep's 2nd yellow then we got away with one. If you turn the coin over though, on another day, we would have got another goal. If Neufville and Humphries can carry on in that vein, Humphries can have his most successful season yet.

Hope so. I thought they looked a lot better than Wycombe but then that might be down to our management of them.

It's why this thing about 'consistency' and 'not knowing what a handball these days' are nonsense statements. Every single incident is different and most of them will split opinion. I agree that an arm out is sometimes used for balance but in this case it was very exaggerated and seemed to be used more as a barrier to the Wycombe player's shot. His arm was extended for a long period of time. I'm trying to put myself in Wright's position. There's no way I'm sticking my arm out like that unless I'm looking to limit the opportunity for the ball to get past me.

To be clear mind, they wouldn't have deserved the point.

No mate I looked at the stats around 15 minutes into the game and they showed Wycombe 60%+ in possession I commented to the grandson those stats can't be correct surely.

    At least 3 times

Just had a quick look and can see at least 10/11 teams that will sell their full allocation.
Might even be more than that.

I watched Luton on Friday and despite winning I thought they looked poor and Wimbledon were unlucky

Defensive wise Wimbledon looked alright like last season but going forward they were shocking and that won't be good enough this season.
