Yet it's only ever been you that's mentioning it. 2 similar posts in consecutive early round cup games and in one of the ties the home section wasn't even open which is consistent with every other early cup round that's drawn a low crowd.

Seems their club’s ticket sales and website is even more of a shit show than ours
It’s is Ticketmaster though , so expected

Always worked fine for me and family members when we've discussed it.

No more so than buying tickets elsewhere. Generally speaking I've not had too many problems with ours, although I'm only ever buying for just me. Many problems seem to arise when people buy for several, so perhaps there's an issue there, or perhaps the process just isn't clear enough?

 

I have about 12 in my family and friends and always find it to be straight forward and easy to use

 

I think it's more the clandestine closure of online sales while they sell to people actually at the ticket office that causes the most criticism.

The actual online purchasing side seems to be mostly fine.
