Anyone know where to get those claret and amber addidas tops with the boars head on from?

I'm assuming someone makes retro stuff but Google came up blank.

 

Was an account called Bradford Retro on Twitter. But it seems to have disappeared. They moved to start managing it via Discord because they were getting pulled up on Trademark/Copyright I believe.

They only do limited runs of each item they make.

 

The club tried this a couple of years ago and it came to nothing.

That's naff, saw someone with one at the game, it doesn't have the same appeal without CITY on the back.

 

Discord still looks alive to me? They haven't brought out anything new in a while. Last update was a few days back they said they were looking at bringing out another quarter zip jacket from the late 80s early 90s, claret and white with a black V on the front.

 

I was having a pint by that pop up bar behind the kop pre-gamae and saw a bloke and his lad wearing them and they didn't look the same with the blank back but also they looked really thin on them, could pretty clearly make out their home shirts under the jackets. It's a smart jacket but looks like it could be a bit thicker!

 

Can’t be that hard to get CITY printed in yourself? I like the jacket - but also put off by the lack of back print plus the fact it doesn’t use our proper badge.

Ref shop having one in one out, I think it’s response to those acrobats who did a bit of illegal shopping a few weeks ago.

I went in on my visit after the Hudds game and was pleasantly surprised that most of the shirts were in stock. I was disappointed by the lack of choice of leisure wear. Some more t shirt designs and so on - hoodies, sweatshirts - other than replica kit would have been nice. No kids stuff as such either. I’ve just this week got back from Dublin incorporating the Guinness storehouse visit. The merchandise shop is unreal. As were the prices. €85 for a T shirt. But if it’s attractive, people will buy.

Yeah i dont really know discord too much either to be honest.

 

Bradford Retro was a great page. They released some fantastic stuff.

Some ebay sellers do retro shirts. I got the 1986 off there and its mint.

 

Not sure if it classes as merchandise but the club are now selling packages to local kids clubs and schools for £100 a time for them to be the flag wavers as the players run on

 

If that’s £100 for a whole team that’s pretty good value.

 

Sorry but it should be free, get round the schools and local kids clubs and let them do it for free. If the club can't support the kids then it's a poor so, let's be honest most of these schools and kids clubs won't have a spare £100 so it would be the parents paying for it.
