    Last man rule was relaxed to avoid triple punishment i.e its not an automatic send off in pen awarded

    comes down to interpretation I think, if ref considers it a genuine attempt at the ball, it is a yellow and a pen, if its just a crap bit of play, straight red and pen (I think)
