Wins a win but we are talking that lot going on a huge run of winning games ............ 4 out of the next 5 games at home........ away at relegation threatened Oldham the other game ........... we need to pulling in at least 10 points out of that lot .......... sadly I just cannot see it .......... even Saturdays game becomes a must win we lose that then it’s deffo over

Early on in the second half he chased on to a through ball on the edge of the box and was pulled back. He felt it then when the ball went out for a corner. Not sure he's 100% fit

You didn’t miss much (in either game). Newcastle v Everton was more entertaining.

Fair play tonight slightly improved performance overall, chances created in the first half. The usual did happen though came out start of second half asleep, fortunately it was us that scored not the opposition however we did sit back once we scored and invited Stevenage on and did have to hang on at the end and relied on some good saves from the keeper. Why do we try and bring the opposition back into the game??? Let’s be fair no one would have been surprised if we had conceded at the end of the game.

Has Adams achieved back to back wins yet? If not he must on Saturday to keep any chance alive !

 

Credit where it’s due tonight, that was a much better performance that recent weeks.

Bass was very good as was the back 4, without been overly tested. Hendrie showed the value of a quality RB, thought he was really decent tonight. We looked way more solid.

Sutton I thought had a good game. Again, he’s the only player with the engine to keep pressing. He’s a nailed on started for me.

Walkers finish showed the difference in class he has for this league - he was also very decent tonight. Really hope there’s no injury of concern there.

 

Typical we win the game and now find ourselves 7 point off a play off place
