Daft thing is she's never bothered when me and the grandson have gone in the past, he couldn't make the Mansfield game so she came along and loved it especially when Cook scored the winner infront of us.

He's already posted why he could attend away games, you obviously didn't read it, not sure what your rant with regards funerals has to do with it, there was criteria all fans attending games had to meet and they did.

You still haven’t answered my question. What ESSENTIAL role did @wetherbywhaler have which needed his attendance during a pandemic otherwise which would have meant the game couldn’t go ahead? Even the radio commentators weren’t allowed to go ffs.
It’s nothing different to the rich being able to go on foreign holidays when nobody else could. I’m sure you wouldn’t have just accepted that.

 

Sorry Loyal but I have explained the situation, the rules, the qualifying process before. As far as commentary is concerned it was only the BBC who told Radio Leeds a no go. Other stations, including other BBC regions were fully represented and I think Radio Leeds still did our home games.

The radio commentators were only stopped from going by their left leaning employer. The BBC. Had they worked for a commercial radio they would have been there.

Bang on. Attending an empty stadium would have made zero appeal. I did it several times watching horses behind closed doors and it was terrible with no atmosphere.

if those at the club went fair play to them. Fans weren’t missing out on much.

I did post a response which appeared twice and deleting one belated both.
As Bronco says I answered all this at the time but seeing as you mention it, yes I was there officially.
The rules allowed Club officials which included such as Associate Directors subject to all sorts of qualifications which I can repeat if anyone is really interested.
Attended when we all could to at least have some BCFC voices.
