My thoughts exactly and why Adams, Bowyer and Grayson are failing.
The game has moved on so quickly in the lower leagues.
Its the younger more modern managers who are succeeding or even ex footballers who've played in this century.
We need to look to the future with someone who can last 5 years at building a culture at the club.
I could stomach it if Sparks came out and said we are appointing this guy with the emphasis on stability and a vision.
We might not get promotion straight away but as long as we see our play entertaining the supporters whilst finishing higher in the league season upon season whilst having a go in the cups then we will be happy.
Not the whole not accepting mediocrity and thinking managers with the personality of Adams are the answer.
Sparks is a major issue.
I still cringe from when he walked out with Adams at the unveiling press conference and said 'Surprise'.
