Bringing Adams is a dreadful decision purely on hindsight. He wanted to give Stuart the best chance of turning things round so e he extended the contract something that cost very little as for T&S he wanted both to stay at the club for the long term whatever happened. When Sparks came to the job we were non league bound that’s only last year. As no extra money is being put in the budget the extra revenue Sparks has brought in is absolutely vital. The person who is underachieving is Adams with a top five budget. And with all the grief Sparks is getting he should be pretty pxssed of with him

Even the limited financials that we post to Companies House are legally binding.
As the shareholders account shows (Rupp is the 100% shareholder) There still is a deficit to the tune of £3m.
Frankly if he is taking a 'Management fee' , from a business point of view (rather than me, with fan's point of view) he'd be entitled to it.
But it being a football club , there is always an issue with the fan base that owners take 'Anything' out of a club.

Like most I just hope he sells up sooner rather than later.

 

Is this genuine? Can’t tell. Literally every professional club does it there’s many reasons and pitch maintenance is just one. Equipment is another big one. There is no gym and swimming pool at VP for a starter, plus multiple playing surfaces for different training drills. There’s a reason clubs spend millions building facilities. But hey why bother save money and train at the ground…

That’s without bringing all the youth teams into the equation.

 

You don’t know we have a top 5 budget anymore than you know if we give Rupp money or not.

Difference been @Dennis has already proven nearly 300k per year goes to a company owned by Rupp regardless of what Sparks says, he’s yet to prove our playing budget though.

 

Sparks may have been right, saying Rupp personally does not take £300k out of the club, ER Sportsgroup however,,,,,,,,,

I'm not sure the fan who asked the question explained it correctly, he asked if Rupp was taking money from the club, but didn't give any detail with regards yearly payment of £300k to the ER Sportsgroup which is a company solely owned by Stefan Rupp we understand.

No I am suggesting clubs can do well on LESS income, irrespective wether it’s through the turnstiles or not. Harrogate was my example

Why, he owns the club does he not? He put money in and takes it out, hence his investment in the first place. Like it or not that’s true.

And there is the problem, teams who have less income than us usually either have less overheads and or investment from and owner. Our income is very much dependent on season ticket sales. Which was my initial point, losing customers shouldn’t be dismissed like you did as it will effect our budget next season.

 

Sadly he’s gonna see the season out if they have any hope of getting out of this league this season then get rid now ............we have got to go in some amazing run to get up there and him as a manager we sadly ain’t gonna do it
