I disagree.

He did one decent turn where he nipped in between the two defenders and set up a chance. That was good play from him but the other 20 minutes or so was predictably Guthrie whereby he was either non existent or committing a foul.

 

He's got little in the way of goal threat, and should only be a bit-part player for the rest of the season, but the nonsense posted about him on here and elsewhere is ridiculous.

I've seen him described as lazy, not trying amongst other bizarre criticism that has no basis in reality.

 

You might be right.

I just remember reacting to comments at the time that he was absolutely awful and did nothing - having just seen him do something that wasn't remotely awful. Maybe I'm overstating his impact.

He was a poor, poor player.

I find it very wierd that someone has gone back three years on a different thread to prove a point and score some points over another poster. How very sad.

 

General mate that means they have lost the argument mate... someone quoted a meeting to me from 6 years ago that they did not attend it or produced the itinerary and content. Hilarious.
