May I ask will you be watching with the wind...or through it!

 

I thought that. Funny how we seem more critical of our performance than the opposition

 

We had room to play in the first few minutes but now they are closing us down quickly it’s going to be a long second half

 

I feel at times we have been more patient and intelligent in midfield (and early in the game, in possession) but it's hit and miss, probably assisted by the wind. Cheltenham seem a little inpatient and if they use the ball better, they'll trouble us. We may be dealing with the conditions better but the amount of silly free kicks given away... This whistle happy referee is a penalty kick away?

 

playing great against another good team.... maybe the free kicks we are giving away are pressure

 

Well, they haven't really had much of the ball centeally, they seem to pass it around at the back and then have knocked it through to the front which hasn't worked. It's like theyve just done what they've always done and forgotten there's a strong wind.

Hard to imagine they won't improve second half but then we've improved in the second half in a couple of recent matches so still plenty to be hopeful about.

 

Our striker should stand on their goal line waiting for the ball imho - unless there are any of them new rules preventing goal hanging?
