    I may be wrong but isn't Cookes natural position sitting in front of the back four? I am sure he recently he is still trying to adapt to his new more attacking role.

    Factor in the "top three" comment and pand playing second string to Billy Clarke
    It's no wonder we can't sign a striker and Stuart can't "Drag them here"
    Any striker would show a great turn of pace on Maningham Lane away from Valley Parade

    That's where Bowyer played him but I think he generally played as an attacking midfielder at Posh. Wherever he plays, he needs to up his game though. He's been poor of late.

    The generally quality of that side, and our squad, concerns me. But even poor sides can win at this level just by doing the basics well. Let's see if we do.

    And in fairness to McCall, I like that hes dropped the 2 players capable of the biggest mistakes at Bolton. Though R'OD can maybe count himself lucky to keep his place.

    No his natural position is more of a ten role. Only played the defensive role under Bowyer as we had no one else. Got to deliver the goods today now he's got that position.

    For me it's great we've got two of our youngsters in the starting 11. Excellent stuff. Hope they both play well.
