    Im still struggling to work out how we end the game 1-0 down, clarke and pritchard on the bench, an unused replacement available all whilst having three centre halves and 2 full backs on the pitch

    If that’s the case we are struggling - we need an experienced football man at the Helm, not a cheap made do and mend appointment. I seriously think we will be a relegation contender this year. This is the poorest City team I’ve seen in 35 years following them.

    I think other teams will be looking at Southend and
    rubbing their hands together in anticipation of 3 points.

    Southend will be looking at us and rubbing their hands
    together in anticipation of getting 3 points.
    We are their best chance of a victory and I would expect
    them to step up and try harder against us while we're
    seemingly incapable of doing that.Hope I'm wrong.

    if it is I finally jack in my support for this club. I can’t take anymore of the pantomime. Some inexperienced newbie with 7 years communications experience as ceo. The thing is the whole low key statement about the appointment suggests it might be. A good ceo does not float around waiting for a job for 6 months.

    Agreed, the fans i'm sure would prefer someone from a professional run football/sporting club not someone promoted again from this basket case club.
    Only a moron would get Sparks in.

    That's my worry and would seem to fit Rhodes saying the new CEO has been identified but Rupp has asked him to wait a while before handing over the reins.
