    Yes I'd agree he can't start him after a ACL injury, seeing Andy on the bench will give us fans and the players a massive lift.

    Gentle run outs in cups etc to start with . ( He can’t and won’t get enough game time in L1 to get sharp)
    Oh for the days of the reserves leagues?

    I worded it poorly mate, I meant when the powers that be feel Andy is ready for the bench it will be great for fans and fellow players alike to see him chopping at the bit on the bench.

    That’s right….Its going to be tricky as the player welfare is paramount. I’ll give GA credit , as he said recently , “ I’m no expert” . Just finishing Bobbys book and some of the stuff players were asked to do when still injured was nuts!

    Grimsby at home on Tuesday 2nd September, EFL Trophy. Likely off the bench for 20-30 minutes.

    We'll announce it as his return in advance in a way to bump up what would usually be a poor crowd.

    I posted the way he was going I'd expect to see him later September possibly given thecodd 20 minutes from thecbench, I bet he's a right pain in the arse for the backroom guys.

    With the return of fingers crossed this month I thought it would only be appropriate to have the chant "you've got to pump it, super Andy Cook" when taking inspiration from him walking through the streets of Bradford half cut with the famous geto blaster blasting on his shoulder out the mentioned song.

    cook is a great forward scores goals, but least we forget swan is like a breath of fresh air to this club
    fast great passer of the ball scored great goals already he is young and hungry and fit as a fiddle
    he has to be first choice.

    Each of them have different attributes for different opponents … They will even get chances at different stages of the same game .

    Swan's first choice until Cook is fully match fit then Alexander has a problem if he's staying with the present system/formation but what a great problem to have, but Alexander won't have to make that call until Cook match fit and ready to start games.
