    Currently on Bet Victor, which seems to be the only site that handles EFL job markets anymore, GA is the favourite for the Blackburn job.

    Would be a very ballsy move to hire a Preston and Burnley legend! It's not exactly an inspiring list of names for the Championship in 2026. Blackburn have been publicly rejected by a few targets already too.

    Most likely with next year in league one in mind.

    Was probably bound to attract attention at some point, a sign of how he has done.

    Just need someone to convince them we only got promoted because of a fluke goal

    Possibly, he isn't really liked at Carlisle and could be available fairly soon.

    Knows the club, liked by fans and could be a cheap short term option

    Not good news. They arent down and out yet so its Championship football, a decent budget, no need to relocate and a bump in pay. If they really want him he will most likely be off.....only based on odds but woulsnt be surprised if they were sniffing around.

    We hired Grayson, his Leeds links didnt bother any of us at the time so im not sure the Burnley links will matter too much.

    If they offer to double his salary and promise him summer funds then all those concerns will dissappear. This is a club that has flirted with the play offs 3 out of the last 5 seasons.

    Betting odds are usually gathered from research. I imagine someone somewhere may have leaked that he is being looked at.

    He'd be daft not to further his career while his stock is high. Football comes in waves and those waves can dip very quickly.

    IF he did go who would we be looking at as a replacement?

    Think we could tempt Wellens to leave Orient and move back up North? Clough at Mansfield? Offer Lucketti the throne? Or go for that Wolf fella in Germany? Lol
