    Yeah, absolutely. It's like a winger having a very low retention rate because he's constantly taking on the full back.

    It looks poor statistically but in reality he's far more likely to create goalscoring situations than a winger with a high retention rate because he always cuts back and plays the safer ball.

    My view is that Baldwin is a decent Centre Back. Not looking at any ‘stats’ (which I could do), is that he is a tenacious centre half, with reasonable pace, decent in the air and a very good pass in him for a central defender.
    Does he make mistakes? Yes of course he does. I think his temperament is sometimes questionable, he can be fiery and sometimes doesn’t know when to stop arguing. He could do with scoring more goals 3-4 a season would be reasonable.
    Are there ‘better’ centre backs out there? Probably? However could we afford them, and would they want to come to City?
    Strikes me that there are other priorities for City to focus on.
    I hope to see Aden perform well for City.

    Several seasons ago someone did it to us at VP. The keeper kicked straight into touch in our half. We all laughed. Then he did it again, and again and we realised it was a deliberate tactic. Might have been Gillingham but not sure at all.
