The main problem in the first half was the shape/formation of the team. Alexander needs to fix it. If we start the same in the second half then Alexander should just leave the stadium.

We saw one passage of play where we were camped in their half. We can do that again but it will be easier with a better formation.

 

I'd take him without hesitation. However, Sparks isn't going to look at sacking GA anytime soon.

 

Yep. Agree totally regarding Halliday. Not a patch on where he was last season. Time for Benn to have his chance.

We just allowed them to take charge. They were quicker to every ball 1st or 2nd. They disrupted our play by knocking the ball over the top and being willing to win the chase. This isn’t about tactics it is about guts and determination to get to that ball. I am sorry but Cook needs to stop moaning and get on with it. The rest of them need to remember the fans and the drubbing we got last year.

 

Pointon just isn’t ready to start at the moment, he’s just not strong enough in there.

 

It’s not Alexanders fault it’s the total lack of investment, being promised everything and receiving peanuts. Being outbid for players by three quarters of our rivals.
