Did anyone have problems getting to their seats yesterday? My son says it was a bit chaotic. A bit worrying as he was with a 9 year old.

Our home form is the best in the League I'd expect that to still be the case at 5pm next Saturday ;).

Notts also have to win in the hope we and Walsall lose. Stacked against them, but not impossible
They will have to go for it, which will be right up Doncaster’s alley

    Fingers crossed Dave
Am all for any way of getting out of this awful league
Seems a bit like despite our poor recent form we are being handed the last auto place on a plate
Notts County are our biggest danger should we do the unthinkable and not getting a point against Fleetwood
Doncaster already home and hosed need to do us a favour (bit of insurance) !!!
Already said it before Peterborough away last match of the season only needed a point and fluffed it

    John Hall. Ian Cooper
Seems a bit far fetched to me
No player would turn down a promotion on their CV

There was no need for Gibson to still be on the pitch his team mates were mostly down the tunnel, he obviously hung around to put his two-penneth in given the chance, unfortunately once again we see a fellow professional more than happy to encourage the referee to show a card, now I'm not defending Baldwin, him getting sent off for a mistimed tackle is one thing but getting sent off for foul and abusive language to an official is totally unprofessional and made it even more difficult for his team mates to get a result, never mind no thought for the traveling fans who had just witnessed a very poor first half of football from their team.
    How many times do we see the referee and his fellow officials being the last to leave the playing area at half time yet Gibson is behind them in this picture;

This says it all Bradford City boss Graham Alexander praises promoted Doncaster
Rovers - but admits to feeling badly let down by Aden Baldwin following sending off

Alexander, “I spoke to the referee at the start of the second half what happened and it was the only course of action that he could take.”

On whether he feels let down, he added: “Yeah, I’ll be honest yeah. It was something we’ve spoken about this week especially and with three or four senior players.

My seat was taken when I got there, I was meant to be behind the goal but it wasn't an issue if just moved to the side by the corner flag there was loads of seats free! Also where I was meant to sit thet all stood up for the whole game, I prefer to sits would always have moved to the side with the old codgers

As far as I could see fans just sat where they wanted, fans wanting to stand migrating behind the goals, the stewards weren't checking seats and making fans sit in them, we may have sold out our allocation but there were several unoccupied seats around us.

I don't recall any part time City players in the 1960s.

Yes it’s a bookable offence, like it or not.

Sarcastically clapping a referee, often done after a controversial decision, is generally considered to be a form of dissent and can lead to disciplinary action, including a yellow card or even a red card. While some instances may be overlooked, especially if the referee deems the clapping to be a minor infraction, it's generally not recommended as it can be interpreted as disrespect towards the referee's authority.

It's not massively important to me, but you are right, he should have been booked for applauding the red card.

Although I don't think he was doing it sarcastically.

My son thought problems were caused by Donny officials opening the turnstiles too late.
