I know it's easy to say it's mad given Alexander has a brilliant win percentage but Alexander is to blame for me.

Got too carried away after the Colchester result and his selections through the season have been odd at times - dropping Sanderson, Pointon early on, Lapslie and Mellon more recently, overly defensive substitutions. He just doesn't seem able to impact a match positively from the sidelines and isn't able to rotate the squad to keep those not playing happy.

People will say "it's mad, his win percentage is brilliant" and that's true but unfortunately that's only one part of the job.

 

The only benefit here is that Molyneux will be sold and Doncaster will struggle in L1

I don't think he's been fully fit for the last couple of matches. He always looks like he's blowing but he's been off the pace and he shouldn't be staying on and us taking off others who are 100%. It's the classic one player being too important to take off but it's a team game and if he's not fit he shouldn't play.
