I really hope im wrong, but damn the squad is now setup to defend deep

So the only central midfielder we kept on is the one on the yellow card.

This is not going to end well.

We're just going to abandon the midfield and let them attack and Khela will end up in a late tackle and sent off.

 

Big shift needed from Khela basically playing on his own in the middle with Halliday and Adarmola either side

 

Kelly takes a terrible throw in after Brad literally got 2 assists.

Yes and terrible defending really. Halliday being beaten on his inside, midfield too deep and crosses and shots just coming in.

Alexander has this wrong. We have no control and no out ball.

It's the 57th minute and we're playing like it's the 97th.

 

Hoofing it down the pitch to nobody on 57 mins.....we are just gifting them possession and asking for trouble.

 

This is soooooo negative from alexander… we’re asking for trouble

 

Very hard to see a second half clean sheet here.

Poor tactics these for me - just inviting these onto us

 

Yeah the changes make zero sense to me. No balance. Too many defenders. Even with 10 men, you still need players who can keep the ball in the rare moments you have it, and you still need to carry a punch.

We won't take 3 points here and it'll be the strongest 'throwing it away', mindless performance I can remember. I say that, it's really on Smallwood amd Alexander.
