Need Johnson on in 2nd half in place of Byrne. Walker and Sarcevic in place of Pointon and Khela at some point too?

 

Two problems

Pattinson and Pointon in central midfield are too deep. They need to push up more. They're just not used to playing as a central two in a midfield four.

The back four are too wide. They need to be tighter. Again, a formation They are not used to.

I think it needs some changes really but mainly if they are tighter and higher it will stop Swindon getting into our our half too easily.

 

Pattison is definitely off his game not sure what Pointon has done either tbh not really in the game.

 

Without him, we’ve got no press and virtually handing them the ball on a plate. Keep him on and remove one of the AM’s or switch Sarce/Walker who can also hold up the ball and play a bit of experienced gamesmanship. Squeeeeky BT coming up.

 

Doesn't matter if he ran from behind his own keeper. It matters then the ball is played… on replay, he looks onside. Pretty silly comment from to make tbh. Looking for cheap likes

 

This is so stressful. Need some half time changes. Pointon isn't contributing anywhere near enough and Pattison and Byrne are a liability. Need Walker on ASAP, he's far more streetwise

 

It's the shakiest our defence has looked for a long time, missing Smallwood already sat in front of them

 

Obviously conceding so near the half time whistle was very poor defending "again" but they look very shaky defensively, and were capable of getting another.

 

Cos we are carrying byrne. Too slow and gets pulled out of position. He invites mistakes. Need Johnson on for him asap and then just dig in

 

Pattison just not same player since he came back. Very poor today.

 

It's a definite 3 match ban. Classed as serious foul play.

 

We have been poor on their goals. This is far from grinding out a result we look fragile. This is a game in a nutshell why we are poor on the road - sloppy.

Something needs to change at half time.

 

Take Khela off. Looks a liability on a yellow tbh
