    No leaders recruited, too much inexperience in many of the players. Cheap approach equals inconsistent performances and a up and down season with finger crossed that we accumulate points that give us a chance of promotion

    Does not matter if we have the best squad in this piss poor division, if they cannot gel, then it is pointless....no cohesion or understanding of each other today , IMO
